Aaron Buterbaugh, AB, 40, resident of Geneva, passed away August 26th, 2024.
Aaron was born on November 29, 1983. He was the son of Gary and Lynn (Perkins) Buterbaugh. He was a Geneva High School and VOED Graduate. He studied masonry and became a very talented brick layer. He also acquired his father's jack of all trade skills. Aaron loved to build beautiful pieces of furniture that he gave as gifts. Aaron was a loving devoted son, brother, uncle, father, husband, cousin and a very loyal friend to many. He lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; spending time with family, his children, nephews, nieces, wife and friends. His friends knew him as AB and will fondly remember his contagious lingering laugh. Growing up he loved to play baseball with his Austinburg crew. His all time favorite past time was fishing on the Grand River, which he enjoyed the day before he passed. We picture him fishing with Austin as soon as they were reunited. Aaron is survived by his parents Gary and Lynn Buterbaugh of Austinburg; Wife, Brittany Buterbaugh; children, Kara and Brady Buterbaugh; step children, Brantly, Bentley, Aubrey; sister, Amber (Mike) McGuire; nephews Christian and Jakob; nieces, Callie, Addison, and Vayda and many cousins and close friends. He is preceded in death by his maternal and paternal Grandparents; Uncles Scott and Mitch; and brother Austin (unk-a-dunk). A Celebration of Life will take place, date will be announced in future. Lake Erie Cremation & Funeral Services assisted with the funeral arrangements, 1500 Harpersfield Rd. Geneva, OH., 44041. 440-361-2273. www.lakeeriecrematory.com
