Aaron Daniel Huls, 31, of Wataga, Illinois died at 6:01 A.M. Friday, April 8, 2016 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria, Illinois.

He was born on October 10, 1984 in Ft. Madison, Iowa, the son of Alan and Bea Snyder Huls. He attended schools in Dallas City, Illinois before moving to Wataga where he graduated from ROWVA High School. Aaron married Megan Potaczek on May 4, 2013 in Wataga, Illinois.

Surviving is his wife, Megan Huls of Wataga, Illinois; one daughter, Lillian Huls of Wataga, Illinois; his parents, Alan and Bea Huls of Wataga, Illinois; two brothers, Adam (Alison) Huls of Springfield, Illinois and Andrew Huls of Wataga, Illinois; one sister, Amanda (Tim) Banks of Galesburg, Illinois, his maternal grandmother, Dorothy Snyder of Burnside, Illinois; and many Uncles, Aunts, Nieces, and Nephews.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Walter and Mary Huls, and his maternal grandfather, Glenn L. Snyder.

Aaron worked as a mechanic and auto body specialist at Cozadd Diesel. He loved working on and restoring cars and woodworking. He also enjoyed coaching his daughter Lillian's T-ball team.

Cremation rites will be accorded. Visitation will be held from 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at Hurd-Hendricks Funeral Home, Oneida, Illinois. A Celebration of Life will be held following the visitation at 7:00 P.M. at the Elks Lodge in Galesburg, Illinois. Memorials may be left for an education fund for his daughter Lillian.
