Abe Froese

Funeral services for Abe Froese, age 41 of Seminole, Texas, will be held Thursday, August 28, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at Community Church with Pastor Dave Klassen officiating and Pastor Johnny Dyck assisting. Burial will follow at Gaines County Cemetery. All services are under the direction of Boyer Funeral Home.

Mr. Froese was born in Mexico on June 18, 1984 to Helena (Wall) and Ben Froese. He married Anna Knelsen in Seminole on July 10, 2005. He was a member of Community Church and worked as a farmer. Abe was always willing to lend a hand to anyone and never met a stranger. He had a great sense of humor with a contagious laugh and could do anything he set his mind to do. He never slowed down; in his spare time, he enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, and fishing.

Abe Froese passed away at his home in Seminole on Friday, August 22, 2025. He is survived by his wife, Anna Froese of Seminole; three sons, Matthew James Froese, Paxton Kade Froese, and Bradley Kol Froese, all of the home; one brother, Cornelius Froese and wife Susana of Seminole; two sisters, Marie Froese and husband Henry of Loop, Texas, and Amanda Knelsen and husband John of Seminole; his parents, Ben and Helena Froese of Seminole; and his maternal grandmother, Maria Wall of Mexico.
