In Loving Memory of Abel Hernandez February 14, 2004 - June 28, 2025
With heavy hearts and deep gratitude for the time we had, we say goodbye to Abel Hernandez, a young man whose smile could light up even the darkest day. Abel passed away on June 28, 2025, at just 21 years old, leaving behind a legacy of quiet strength, resilience, and warmth that touched everyone fortunate enough to know him. Abel was the kind of person who always found a reason to smile, no matter how heavy life became. He faced more challenges than many will ever know, but he never let those struggles define him. Instead, he met life with courage, grace, and a heart that refused to close. Though his time with us was far too short, Abel made a lasting impact. He wasn't a father, but he gave love and loyalty like a brother, a son, and a friend in the truest sense. He had a gentle way of being that brought peace to others, and a laugh that could soften even the hardest moments.
Now, we find comfort in knowing that Abel is resting in the arms of his Heavenly Father. We believe his soul is free, his heart is healed, and his smile is even brighter in the presence of God. The same faith that carried him through this life carries him now into eternal peace. As it is written in Revelation 21:4: "He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away." Abel is survived by his loving family and friends, who will forever remember his kind heart, his bright spirit, and his unshakable ability to rise, again and again.
Rest easy, Abel. Your race is run, your burdens are lifted, and your light still shines in all of us. Until we meet again.
