JACKSONVILLE - Abraham Parra Ortiz fallecio el dia 14 de enero del 2025. En Greenville, North Carolina
Nacio en Mexico, Ojo de Agua de Bucio, Michoacan. El 12 de Enero de 1969. Era hijo de Avelino Parra Gomez Y Aurora Ortiz Carmona, El era el sexto hijo de 5 mujeres y 5 hombres.
Abraham era muy alegre, muy carismatico y sobre todo muy amigable. Le gustaba mucho la musica. Era socio de la compania Parra Logging con su hijo y sus 4 sobrinos. Disfrutaba mucho su trabajo en el cual era logero, trailero y tambien soldador, se encargaba en varias areas en la industria.
En el año de 1989 se caso con la mujer de su vida, su esposa y mejor amiga, Maria De Los Angeles Mora Padilla. Que juntos tendrian 10 hijos, 5 aqui y 5 en el Cielo. Despues de 11 años juntos en su tierra natal, crusaron a los EE.UU. como muchos, para cumplir el sueño americano. Viviendo en partes de Chicago, IL y
Jacksonville, NC.
Lamentablemente el Dia 10 de enero colapso, fue llevado al hospital de New Bern y despues en busceda de un neurologo fue transferido al hospital de Greenville. El dia 14 de enero por la tarde fallecio.
Es sobrevivido por su esposa Maria Mora, sus hijos, Mariela Parra, Abraham Parra, Yuliza Parra, Nancy Parra,Yasmin Parra y sus nietos, Angel Parra, Bianca Parra, Aylin Parra, Janelle Parra y Alan Parra.
El Miércoles 22 de Enero 2025 tendremos su velorio en Jones Funeral Home a las 6pm hasta las 8pm. Y el Jueves 23 de Enero sera su Santa Misa de cuerpo presente a las 11am en la Iglesia Catolica Infant Of Prague, Jacksonville NC.
Abraham Parra Ortiz passed away on January 14, 2025. In Greenville,North Carolina.
He was born on January 12, 1969 in Ojo de Agua de Bucio, Michoacán, Mexico. He was the son of Avelino Parra Gomez
and Aurora Ortiz Carmona. He was the sixth child of 5 girls and 5 boys.
Abraham was very cheerful, very charismatic and above all very friendly. He had a strong love for music. He was a partner in the Parra Logging company with his son and 4 nephews. Abraham had a passion for his field of work, in which he was a logger, truck driver and also welder, he was in charge of several areas in the industry.
In 1989, he married the woman of his life, his wife and best friend, Maria De Los Angeles Mora Padilla. Together they would have 10 children, 5 here and 5 in Heaven. After 11 years together in their native land, they crossed to the U.S. like many others, to fulfill the American dream living in parts of Chicago, IL and
Jacksonville, NC.
Unfortunately, on the 10th of January, he collapsed and was rushed to the New Bern hospital. In search of a neurologist he was transferred to ECU hospital in Greenville, NC. On the afternoon of Tuesday, January 14th, he passed surrounded by his loved ones.
He is survived by his wife Maria Mora, their children, Mariela Parra, Abraham Parra, Yuliza Parra, Nancy Parra, Yasmin Parra and their grandchildren, Angel Parra, Bianca Parra, Aylin Parra, Janelle Parra, and Alan Parra.
On Wednesday January 22nd, 2025 The family will receive friends at Jones Funeral home from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. On Thursday, January 23rd, 2025 Abraham's holy mass will be held at Infant of Prague Catholic Church at 11:00 AM.
