I just learned of Abram's passing today. I want to extend my condolences to his family and friends.
Abram was quite a guy! I had the privilege and honor of doing business with him for about 30 years. He had a rare talent for being a tough advocate for Edison Chouest Offshore while being a very fair and loyal business partner to suppliers.
I valued his friendship very much.
Rest easy, Abram. Many will miss you!

Abe, throughout my 49 years in the business, 29 of which were spent in the Chouest organization, you were undoubtedly the savviest businessman I ever met. I am glad that I had the opportunity to meet and work with you. Your astute judgement skills will surely be missed. Rest in peace.
