Adam Borkey Obituary
Born in Reading, he was the son of Roy W. Borkey, Tamaqua, and Melanie A. (Fisher) Borkey, Tilden Twp. Adam graduated from Hamburg Area High School in 2001; and later received a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Alvernia University. Adam had previously worked as a clerk at the Reading Welfare office. Adam was a member of St. Michael's Church, Tilden Twp. He was a fan of all Philadelphia Sports - Phillies, Eagles, Flyers, and Sixers. He always enjoyed gaming and reading books.
Surviving in addition to his parents is a sister: Tania A. (Borkey) Wargo, wife of Joshua W., Bernville; and his canine companion: Yolandi.
Memorial Services will be held Saturday, January 18, 2025 at 10:30 am from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 223 Peach Street Leesport. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. A visitation will be held from 9:00 to 10:15 am in the funeral home.
