He was preceded in death by his son, Zack Moore; and his mother, Janice Marie Fales Moore.
Mr. Moore is survived by one son, Kash Moore; his father, Adam Freddy Moore, Sr.; two brothers, Michael Moore, all of Baxley, and "Joe Joe" Moore of Uvalda.
A private service will be held at a later date.
The arrangements have been entrusted to Wilkes Funeral Home of Vidalia.
