Adrian Myron Chavez, age 44, passed away on September 2, 2023. He was born on January 20, 1979 to Louis H. Chavez and Fannie R. Chavez in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Adrian was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Darrell S. Chavez and Jeffrey L. Chavez, and his paternal grandparents John & Helen Blackie, and maternal grandparents George K Simpson & Mary H. Simpson.
Adrian is survived by his siblings Reynell Chavez, Vernon Blackie, Lewis Blackie, Lucinda Chavez and Josephine Blackie.
Inurnment will be held at Greenlawn Cemetery in Farmington New Mexico on Friday October 20, 2023 at 10:00 AM. There will be a reception to follow the graveside service at the Civic Center until 1:30 pm.
Donations and memorials can be made directly to Adrian's siblings Reynell Chavez & Lucinda Chavez or to Cope Memorial Chapel of Farmington to get to the family.
