Obituary
Adrian Collazo entered eternal rest peacefully on March 10, 2023 in San Antonio, TX after battling several long-term, health-related issues.
Adrian was preceded in death by his parents, Eloisa and Ignacio, and survived by his sister Yvonne (Bonnie) and two brothers, Daniel and Orlando. Also, he'll be greatly missed by his numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Adrian LOVED his cats (Fluffy and Blanquita, among MANY, MANY others).
He was passionate about photography. He joined the Photography Club in high school (Martin), enjoyed covering the Martin and Nixon games while working for the Laredo Times, and had a fully-stocked 'photo lab' at home.
He was an avid 'biker.' His Harley was one of his most prized possessions although his neighbors may have had an issue with the exhaust rumble whenever he'd arrive at home after cruising the Laredo streets.
Adrian also loved to go hunting and fishing with his Dad and numerous cousins.
Then there was the cooking. Adrian was a master of the 'carne asada' and Thanksgiving dinners, often calling Bonnie or Danny for cooking tips and offering some of his own.
We'll always remember his 'witty' sense of humor and infectious laugh.
