Adrian "Loon" Scarver was born August 17, 1974, to the late Mr. Haywood E. Scarver and Dora L. Scarver, in Little Rock, AR
Adrian accepted Christ as his Lord and savior at an early age. Over the last several years, his relationship with Christ grew and his faith was strengthened. He received his education from the Little Rock School District and was a graduate of Central High School.
The Bible says, "He who finds a wife finds a good thing and receives favor from the Lord." On September 17, 2017, Adrian united in holy matrimony to his good thing, Kisten. From that day to the last he and Kisten loved out loud, and together touched so many lives. Adrian was a giver and he loved to love. The commitment to his family & friends was extraordinary. His life was a gift to us all and his love overflowed to his mother for whom he cared for until his last day, his adoring nieces, his nephew, and a 40 year "brotherhood".
He had an infectious laugh and boy did he love football. It's hard to tell what he loved more, watching his beloved Tampa Bay Buccaneers win or their opponents lose. He took great pleasure in joning on other teams. Adrian was a hard-working man and dedicated himself to always helping others. He was a truck driver by trade, however, the things he enjoyed most of all were sharing life with friends, Football, Food and Fellowship. He could make anyone laugh and was a father figure to every child he met.
On Wednesday, January 18th, 2023, Adrian traded his earthly life for eternal life with the Lord. He will be truly missed.
He is preceded in death by his father, Haywood Scarver sister, Lisa Scarver and brother, Jackie Gipson.
Adrian leaves to cherish his memories his loving and devoted wife: Kisten Scarver, mother, Dora Scarver, Father and mother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Haynes, sister, Patricia Scarver, sisters in law, Tiffany Haynes and Lisa Hubbard, brother-in-law, Cedric Hubbard, 4 loving nieces, Mahrissa Shelton, Chelsea Shelton (Ruben), Lisa Shelton, Taushell Rawls, one nephew that he spoiled rotten, Caden Williams, a special aunt "Mama Ada" a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and lifetime friends.
There is a sacredness in tears. They are not the mark of weakness, but of power. They speak more eloquently than ten thousand tongues. They are the messengers of overwhelming grief, of deep contrition, and of unspeakable love."
