Agnes Amerman Obituary
December 17, 1953- January 9, 2026
Cheryl Amerman [nee Messer], 72 years old, passed away peacefully in her home, with Lilly, by her side on Friday, January 9, 2026, in Seaford, DE.
Mom was smart and a beautiful woman, she would do anything for anyone.
Cheryl was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pa. In the early 80's, moved to Wenonah, NJ., with her family. After raising 3 wonderful kids. Settling in Seaford, DE, in 1994.
She worked for Walgreens as a Photo Specialist, for 16 years. Before retiring, she worked for Lowes as a Front End Cashier, for 2 years.
Mom enjoyed relaxing with a cup of coffee, re-decorating her home, cooking and vintage shopping with her daughter.
When she wasn't relaxing, she was getting down & dirty, replanting flowers around the yard.
Can't forget... Silly Liiy, who meant most to her. They enjoyed walking together and chilling in bed watching t.v.
Cheryl is survived by her 3 kids, who could count on Mom for anything.
Edward [Jacquelyn] Amerman Jr., of Wenonah, NJ, Steven [Amy] Amerman, of Federalsburg, MD and Cynthia Amerman, of Seaford, DE.
Also survived by 5 Grandkids- Zoe, Mathew, Brandon, Devin and Ali.
5 Great Grand Kids, 3 sister's- Ellla, Alma and JoAnne and 1 brother- Booker. Many nieces and nephews. Along with friends.
Predeceased by her mother and father- Agnes & Booker Messer, her sister- Linda and Cloreen, her brother- Paul and former husband- Edward Amerman Sr.
