Agnes Renee Rand, age 91, of Osprey, FL, passed away on February 27, 2024. She was born in Brooklyn, NY to Walter Edwin and Agnes Genevieve Crygier. She moved to Florida over 30 years ago from Hopewell Junction, NY, settling in Osprey 3 years ago. Agnes was very vivacious, kind-hearted, and she was a bridge aficionado. She will always be remembered as a family-first person, with endless love for her husband, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Surviving family members include her husband Salvatore, whom she loved for over 78 years; children Mary Connelly (Mark), Cathy Rand, Jeanne Ismail, Joseph Rand (Debby), and John Rand (Jenny). She is also survived by her brother-in-law, Richard (Linda), sisters-in-law Marsha and Marguerite.
A memorial remembrance celebration will be held at Seaside Springs on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 from 1:30 to 2:30 PM. To remember Agnes, the family asks that you perform a random act of kindness.
