Alan Caldwell, 67, passed away on September 12, 2025, in Erie, Pennsylvania. He was born on February 26, 1958 to the late Martha Jane Smith and Raymond Caldwell.

Alan proudly served his country as a member of the United States Marine Corps. Throughout his working years, Alan held positions at Gartner & Harf Meat Co., Knobloch Oldsmobile & Toyota, and Amthor Steel.

Alan's greatest joy was spending time with his family. He liked fishing, taking car rides, and playing pool. He loved watching NASCAR races and the Green Bay Packers.

Alan will be remembered for his kind heart, listening ear, and the stories he shared.

He is lovingly remembered by his daughters, Karie Perez (Javier), Nicole Schwegman (Craig), Amanda Drain (Jay), Stephannie Litz (Tim), Danyele Litz (RJ), and Megan Caldwell; 19 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; his brother, Richard Caldwell; two sisters, Heidi Thompson, and Kimberly Charles (Doug); as well as six nieces and nephews and his dear friends Debra Hoke and Ed Eddinger.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Doug Caldwell; brother-in-law, Hancel Thompson; and granddaughter, Angel Drain.

A Memorial Service honoring Alan's life will be held on September 26, 2025 from 6-8 pm at ReaLife Assembly of God, 3902 West 38th St in Erie, PA.
