Alan Shivley, 70, passed away on August 24, 2023, in Athens, Texas. He was born on May 5, 1953 in Greggton, Texas, to parents Lehmon and Elva (Eckenrode) Shivley.
Alan met his best friend and the love of his life Jayne, and they were married on August 16, 1975, in Richardson, Texas. They spent 48 years building a life together and making many great memories. In his spare time, Alan enjoyed building motorcycles, boating, fishing, watching golf, and going out to eat. Life with Alan was an adventure and he will be greatly missed.
Alan is preceded in death by his parents Lehmon and Elva Shivley.
