We send our condolences to all of Al´s family. We shared many memories during our school years in sporting
events, cruising in and around McCallsburg/Zearing and other local activities. He had a great sense of humor and was easy going.

Alan was always the big cousin and a gentle giant. May his memory be eternal.

Alan and Renae were our neighbors 2 miles west and 1 mile south of McCallsburg. Growing up we all played together a lot. Renae always called me "Avon" and Elaine continued to call me that whenever she saw me. So sorry to hear of Alan´s passing. Yvonne Holle Borton

I have such great memories with Al and Mark. The best one was when the 3 of us drove from Iowa to Arkansas in a 2 seat pickup. One of us was always in the truck bed. That is either Mark or I. Probably can´t do that anymore! My condolences to all of Al´s family as well as Ranae and Mark.
