Albert Estrada, age 68, of Clovis, NM was called home on September 28, 2023 in his hometown of Clovis. He was surrounded by his family. Albert was born to Luis and Lucy Estrada on July 6, 1955. He was a devoted son, brother, uncle, and friend.

A public visitation for Albert will be held on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 from 4-8pm at Steed Todd Funeral Home.

A Recitation of the Rosary will be on Thursday, October 5, 2023 at 9:00 am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. The Funeral Mass will immediately follow at 9:30 am with Father Franklin officiating. Burial will follow at Mission Garden of Memories in Clovis.

Albert worked at the Mess Hall on Cannon Air Force Base for over 10 years. Albert loved to be surrounded by family and friends.

His hobbies were drawing, playing the harmonica, watching cowboy movies, football, and taking care of his dog.

Albert is preceded in death by his parents, Luis and Lucy Estrada; grandmother, Andrita Urioste; sisters, Mary Lou Estrada, and Victoria Estrada.

Albert is survived by his daughter, Janesse (Jonny) Vickers of Kansas; 3 grandchildren; 2 sisters, Betty Trevizo of Clovis, and Juana (Wayne) Lahti; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Serving as pallbearers will be his nephews, Louie Navares, Sarafine Estrada, David Navares, Jessie Estrada, Steven Garcia, John Estrada, Bobby Sanchez, and Ernie Garcia.

The family will be at the home of Cecilia Lindley, 119 Avenue D in Texico, New Mexico if you would like to pay your respects.

The family wishes to extend out sincere thanks to Clovis Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center and everyone who sent prayers.
