Suzann and I are very sorry to hear of Al's passing. He was always so full of life and did his best to live it to the fullest. Al and I were good, if not best, friends and colleagues both at MIT and Raytheon as well as squash opponents. He was my son Kevin's godfather. Our sympathy to your family. We will miss him!

I never had the pleasure to meet Albert, but there can be no doubt that he was a gift, and he has left all of us his legacy in his two sons Paul and Tom as a reflection of intellect and passionate professionalism. Robert Curtin AIA

My beloved brother, Al, was one of the kindest and most generous people in the world. Words cannot express my deep sorrow at his untimely passing. Al came from an immigrant Italian family and embodied the American dream. He achieved greatness in his personal and professional lives. His family meant everything to him. Al, you will always remain in my heart for your generosity of spirit and your sheer goodness as a person. Love always, Jeannette
