Alberta Combs, 85, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, October 2, 2025.
She was born on August 30, 1940 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Chester and Dessie (Back) Thompson. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Richmond Combs, children, James Dunn, Theodore Dunn, Robin Jones and siblings, Margaret, Jeanetta, Angela, Buddy, Coleman and James Sr.
Alberta is survived by her loving son, Chris (Nancy) Dunn, seven grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren and six siblings.
Visitation will be from 2:00 pm until the time of the funeral service at 4:30 pm on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40272).
