Heather Lynn Howard, 48, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on October 3, 2025.

Heather is survived by her son, Hunter Coomer, her brother Michael Howard (Julia) and their children Keegan and Kamora, her mother Sherry Howard and her grandmother Norma Hyberger, who was one of her dearest friends and advocates. She had a dear friend Billy who made her last days more bearable. She joins her loving dad Mike Howard and grandfather Vernon Hyberger, who have been in heaven. She missed them with her whole heart. Family and friends were everything to her.

Heather brought her beauty and generosity to any place she was. She always had a hug and a compliment to give. Her sharp wit was quiet and surprising until her last day on earth. Her last days were made more bearable by her aunts and uncles and her sister in addition to her immediate family.

Heather fought valiantly most of her life to overcome obstacles. This illness was her last and biggest struggle. She rests in peace now.

A celebration of life will be held in the upcoming weeks. Please check back to this obituary for updated times and date.
