Alberto Reina

Alberto Reina, 82, of Elizabeth, NJ, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 28, 2025, in Johns Creek, GA, surrounded by his loving family. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral Mass on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 10:00 AM at St. Mary's R.C. Church, Elizabeth, NJ. Inurnment will follow at St. Gertrude's Cemetery, Colonia, NJ. Born in Viejes, Colombia, Alberto immigrated to the United States in 1972, settling in Elizabeth, NJ. He worked for Hayward Pools for over a decade and later served as a Chemical Operator at Sherwin Williams for more than 20 years. Alberto was the devoted husband of the late Amparo Reina for 42 years. He was a loving father to Alexa Reina-Forbes and her husband David, Wendy Reina-Silva and her husband Manuel, and the late Tomas Alberto Reina. He was a proud grandfather to Tatianna, Brandon, and Andres. He is also survived by nine sisters, one brother, and many cherished nieces and nephews. Alberto will be remembered for his deep love of family and his joy in spoiling the family dogs. His warmth, dedication, and gentle spirit touched all who knew him.
