Alex Alaniz Sr. passed away unexpectedly on October 15, 2025, in Dallas, Texas. Born on November 1, 1982, in Dallas, Texas, he was the beloved son of Antonio and the late Angelina Alaniz.
Alex is survived by his children, Alex Alaniz Jr., Alizae Luna, Andrew Alaniz, Angel Alaniz, Angelina Alaniz. He also leaves behind his father, Antonio Alaniz Sr.; and his brothers, Antonio Alaniz Jr., Adam Alaniz, and Albert Alaniz.
Alex was preceded in death by his mother Angelina Alaniz.
Alex had a deep love for sports, especially basketball and football. A passionate fan of the Dallas Cowboys, he rarely missed a game. He enjoyed shooting pool and cherished time spent with his family. Above all, Alex enjoyed being a father. His children were his world, and they will miss him dearly.
His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
