Alex gained his wings on February 21, 2023, in Socorro, NM
He was born on March 25, 1937, in Aragon, NM to Leopoldo and Genoveva Archuleta.
Alex is preceded in death by his Parents, Leopoldo and Genoveva Archuleta, his brothers, Aniceto, David, and Ambrosio Archuleta, his sister Dolores Haligarda, and grandson Anthony Savedra.
Alex is survived by his wife of 58 years, Virgie, his daughters; Bernadette (Ron), Sandra (Paul), and Christine, Granddaughter (his Hita) Mia, and great-grandchildren Isabella, Isaiah, and Juanito, his brothers; Pete and Ruben (Lorraine), and his sisters; Flora, Mary (Les), Jennie, and Louise.
Alex Served his country in the US Army for two years.
Alex was not a man of many words, but when he spoke, his words were sincere and taken to heart. He had a love for New Mexico music and was a Dallas Cowboys fan, but he was dedicated, first and foremost, to his family. Alex will be missed dearly by his family and friends.
Honorary pallbearers will be Pete Archuleta, Ruben Archuleta, Les Edwards, Paul Savedra, Ron Carrasco, and David De La Riva.
Services will be at San Miguel Church on March 10, 2023. Rosary will begin at 9:30 am, followed by Mass, starting at 10:00 am. Burial will be immediately after at New San Miguel Cemetery.
