Alex Miguez, 40, beloved son, brother and friend of
Beaumont, Texas went to be with his heavenly father on Monday, January 16, 2023.
He was born on August 2, 1982 in
Pasadena, Texas to Delores Ann Miguez and Robert Keith Miguez.
Alex had a big heart and loved his family, especially his niece and nephews. He treated them like they were his own and enjoyed playing golf, baseball, basketball and video games with them.
Alex had a beautiful smile that lit up any room. Money and material possessions were not important to him, but he loved hunting, traveling, watching movies and cooking for his family and friends.
Alex could get along with anyone from any background that he came in contact with. He had the ability to effortlessly put a smile on your face and make you laugh. He was the funniest person to be around.
His heart was pure. He never judged or spoke ill about anyone. He would say "you don't know what they are dealing with".
Alex's parents meant so much to him. Until the day he went to heaven, he was protecting them. He spent a lot of time with his mom and would do anything for her as she would for him. They were always together.
He enjoyed extended visits to California staying with his sister and nephews, where he was also able to be a part of their lives. He enjoyed watching his nephews play basketball and football.
Every kid or animal that came in contact with Alex fell in love with him. They could feel the honest, genuine, caring spirit he had. His spirit drew everyone closer to him through his sincerity and generosity.
Alex was a loyal son, brother and friend. He understood and found value in everyone around him. He made you feel loved and important.
His family is proud of him and happy that he is free and at peace in Heaven.
Alex is survived by his parents, Robert and Delores Miguez of Beaumont; siblings, Shane Miguez of Beaumont; Tamara Miguez of
