Alexander Moragne "Alex" Freas

FREAS- Mr. Alexander Moragne "Alex" Freas age 40 of Schaver Loop Aiken, South Carolina passed away Wednesday January 28, 2026 at his mother's residence. He was a native of Huntsville, Alabama, a long time resident of Evergreen, Alabama, before moving to South Carolina. Mr. Freas was a member of the Evergreen Baptist Church, a 2004 graduate of T.R. Miller High School, a graduate of Auburn University and the University of Alabama-Huntsville, and was a technical engineer at Shaw. He loved his family, he enjoyed traveling, hiking, his work, creating new techniques, and barbecuing.

Mother- Cynthia Freas of Evergreen, Alabama

Wife- Crystal Freas of Aiken, South Carolina

Son- Declan Kelley of Aiken, South Carolina

Daughter- Piper Freas of Aiken, South Carolina

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Monday afternoon, February 2, 2026 at WILLIAMS MEMORIAL CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME BREWTON, ALABAMA.

Funeral Services are set for Monday afternoon, February 2, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at WILLIAMS MEMORIAL CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME with Rev. Jack Williamson and Rev. Mark Whittington officiating and with WILLIAMS MEMORIAL CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME OF BREWTON, ALABAMA DIRECTING.
