Alexander Trent Sanders, 25, Peru, passed away on Saturday, August 17, 2024, in Ft. Wayne, Indiana.
Born October 5, 1998, in Peru, Indiana, he was the son of Chad William and Elisha Katheryn (Baldwin) Sanders.
Alex was a 2017 graduate of Peru High School. He enjoyed his job as an arborist for Wright’s Tree Service. He was an avid motorcycle rider and more than anything, he loved being a dad to his daughter and two bonus girls.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by one daughter Athena Jane Sanders, Peru; two sisters, Jacqueline Walker, Peru; and Madyson Sanders, Peru; grandparents, Nancy Sanders, Peru; and Ellen and James Leedy, Peru; Sylvia Baldwin, Colorado; girlfriend, Faith Carl, and her daughters, Lillith and Valerie Dunham, all of Peru.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, William Sanders and Danny Baldwin.
Funeral services will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 22, 2024, at McClain Funeral Home, with Pastor Shane Capps officiating.
Visitation will be held from 4-6:00 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home, prior to the service.
Memorial contributions may be made to Indiana Suicide Prevention Network.
