Alfred M. Flaxington

Alfred Munro Flaxington, of Walpole MA, formerly of Brookline MA, beloved husband, father and grandfather, passed away peacefully on August 27th at 91 years of age.
Al leaves his wife, Priscilla (Jenkins) Flaxington, with whom he celebrated 70 years of marriage in May of 2023, his two daughters, Cynthia J. Flaxington of Athol MA and Beverly D. Flaxington of Walpole MA and their spouses. Al adored his five grandchildren: Colby, Samantha, Shelby, Kiernan and Cynthia.
Al was a veteran of the United States Navy, a past Master of the Norumbega Fraternity Lodge (formerly Brookline Lodge), a member of the Aleppo Shriners Hospital and the Scottish Rite. He was formerly a Trustee of the United Methodist Church in Brookline. Al was a member of Brookline High School's 1949 graduating class and received his undergraduate degree from Boston University. A unique and very talented man, Al was a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and held builder's licenses in Boston and many surrounding towns. He will be missed forever by his very close family.
