Alfredo "Freddy" Flores was born in Deming, New Mexico on June 19th, 1953. He was called to eternal life on April 4, 2024. Freddy is survived his loving wife Bertha Flores; his five siblings, Lucila Guerrero, Chano Flores, Eduardo Flores, Teresa Alvarez, and Ricardo Flores. He is preceded in death by his four siblings Alicia Flores, Arturo Flores, Carlos Flores, and Delia F. Quijas. Alfredo was blessed with many nieces, nephews, and many godchildren. He began his career as a carpet installer and shortly after, he began his lifetime career working for the El Paso Water Utility Company as a heavy machine operator. Freddy excelled in his position and gained the trust and respect of his superiors, leading to his promotion as a heavy machine supervisor where he made many lifelong friends and retired after 38 years.
Freddy's home was a place of gathering with all of his loved ones. When he was not hosting his home to his family and friends, he would travel and explore different cities and resorts. He was a food connoisseur and enjoyed eating out at different restaurants. Some of Freddy's hobbies included drinking beer, watching NFL games, and the latest news to keep up with current events. You could always hear him rooting for his favorite team, the Dallas Cowboys or see him reading a book on an interesting history topic.
