A Viewing will be held on Friday, July 26, 2024 from 10:00 am until the time of the service at 11:00 am at Riggs Funeral Home, 130 North Rt. 9, Forked River, New Jersey 08731. Burial will follow at Ocean County Memorial Park in Toms River.
