Survivors: Son: Kenneth E.L. Stephens III of Sayre, PA, Daughter: Billie Jean Stephens of Quakertown, PA, Half Sisters: Diane Singleton of Lock Haven, PA, Beverly Schultz of Easton and Beatrice Kemmerer, Half Brothers: Randy Seip of Troy, IL, John A. Kemmerer, Lester Kemmerer and Brent I. Kemmerer, Jr., Five Grandchildren and Nieces and Nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. in the Multipurpose Room at the Good Shepherd Home Raker Center 601 St. John Street Allentown.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the Paralyzed Veterans of America Spinal Cord Research Foundation.
