I remember when Ali and my husband conspired to surprise me with a beautiful bouquet of flowers. I don't remember what the occasion was about but she had so much fun sneaking around and helping make it such a big surprise to me. I worked with her and she was always smiling and happy and made the office feel a little bit lighter each day. Devastated that she left us so young but she's in Heaven and living eternity with her loved ones that had gone on before and I will see her again when my time comes. Miss Ali you are remembered quite often and spoke lovingly about in your memory. Trena

Ali, Although you left us much too soon, you took a piece of so many of us with you. You took our respect and love for all of the kind and tender ways you touched so many of us. Not only were we blessed to know you, but we were truly honored to call you friend. And even with our loss, we are still blessed, as we know you will watch us from high above.

My heart broke when I just heard the news of her death. Ali was my boss at Hanover County. She was the best boss I've every had. I'm so glad I had a chance to visit her at VCU. I hope she knew we were there. My kids and I really loved her. She is one of the most truly caring, sweet, kind and fun loving people I have ever know. I always loved her beautiful smile. That's one thing that always comes to my mind when I think of her. I'm honored to have had the privledge to call her my friend. I'm so sorry for her friends, dad, kids and all her family. She will be truly missed. May god bless her, her friends and her family. :)

Darrell and Trena Ponton: Ali was such a wonderful freshness in our office when she work here at Hanover. I remember one Valentines when she help my husband surprise me with a beautiful arrangement of roses and that will always stand strong in my memories. Ali, your rose may have closed here on Earth, but you will bloom brilliantly in Gods presence forever! We will miss you and your smile!
