Alicia Rivera, a beacon of love and faith, passed away peacefully in the presence of her family August 17, 2025, at the age of 95 in Hutto, Texas.

Born on April 13, 1930, in Cd. Juarez, Chihuahua, Alicia lived a life that was a testament to her unwavering Catholic faith and her boundless capacity for kindness. Alicia's early years in Cd. Juarez laid the foundation for a life filled with devotion to her family and her faith. Her warmth and loving nature were a comfort to everyone who knew her.

Preceded in death by her beloved son, Roberto Rivera, and her cherished daughter, Bertha Alicia Rivera, Alicia's legacy of love lives on through her family. She is survived by her adoring children: Guadalupe Armida Esparza, Guadalupe Ivonne Medina, Maria Lourdes Tufts, Sergio Arturo Rivera, Mayela Chapman, Martin Gerardo Rivera, and Gustavo Adolfo Rivera. Alicia's spirit will also be carried forward by her 16 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren, each of whom she loved deeply and who brought immense joy to her life.

Alicia was a woman of great faith, and it was this faith that guided her through life. She was a pillar of her church, always willing to lend a hand or offer a prayer. Her kind and gentle manner was a comfort to all, and her loving nature will be remembered by everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. In her life,

Alicia demonstrated what it means to live selflessly, always putting the needs of others before her own. Her legacy is one of unconditional love and generosity, and her memory will be cherished by all who were touched by her kindness. In every smile she bestowed, every comforting word she offered, and every act of love she performed, Alicia left an indelible mark on the world.

As we bid farewell to Alicia Rivera, we do so with hearts full of gratitude for the time we were blessed to have her in our lives. Her light will continue to shine brightly through the countless lives she enriched with her faith-filled, loving, and kind presence.

Nacida el 13 de abril de 1930 en Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Alicia vivió una vida que fue testimonio de su inquebrantable fe católica y su inagotable capacidad de bondad. Sus primeros años en Ciudad Juárez sentaron las bases de una vida llena de devoción a su familia y a su fe. Su calidez y cariño fueron un consuelo para todos los que la conocieron.

Precedida en la muerte por su amado hijo, Roberto Rivera, y su querida hija, Bertha Alicia Rivera, el legado de amor de Alicia perdura en su familia.
