Alison E. Masters died suddenly and unexpectedly on Sunday Dec. 7, 2025. Alison was born to Jeffrey and Jacqueline Kreger on March 3, 1979. She was united in marriage to Jeff Masters on July 21, 2007. Alison was a graduate of Newman Central Catholic High School class of 1997. She received her undergraduate degree in social work from Western Illinois University and her masters of social work from Aurora University. She was employed as a social worker at Home of Hope, Sinnissippi Centers, LSSI, Freeport Memorial Hospital Hospice, and Jack Mabley Developmental Center in Dixon at the time of her death. She loved her job and was passionate for those in need. She is survived by her husband Jeff, children Landon J. Masters, Camille N. Masters, her parents Jeff and Jackie Kreger, her sister Callie Reinhold, brother Christopher Kreger, nieces Avery Reinhold, Laney Reinhold, nephew Nolan Reinhold, aunts and uncles, and many cousins. She was a fierce mother to her children and pets, Daisy, Ruby, Jazzy, Binx, Bessie. Alison was a strong vocal presence at her childrens, nieces and nephews sporting events. Our hearts are shattered with the loss of her. Visitation will be on Friday Dec. 12, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Home in Dixon the family request everyone to dress in casual attire. Funeral Services will be on Saturday Dec. 13, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Jones Funeral Home in Dixon. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Dixon.
