Allan was born at home in Petersburg, ND to Arnold I and Hannah (Gedsted) Erickson on January 22, 1931. Allan served in the Navy. He was known as Snowball by many.
Allan is survived by his daughter Debbie (Jeff) Thomas and son, Scott Erickson; granddaughter Kat (Justin) Chelko and grandson Derek (Diamond) Thomas and great granddaughters, Dior and Dakari Thomas and Zion Chelko.
Allan was preceded in death by his wife, Betty.
Allan's burial ceremony to be held at Ft. Logan cemetery on September 18, 2025, at 10:30 am.
