Allan Laverne Toepfer, age 84, of Pensacola, Florida, passed away Thursday, August 28, 2025. He was born in Stockton, Illinois, on November 23, 1940, to Albert and Ruth Toepfer. Allan was married to Diane Marie Toepfer for 28 years. He worked for over 33 years in Civil Service and served as H R Director for part of that time. He also served in the United States Navy. He was recognized for his Meritorious Civilian Service. Allan was a member of the Patriot Guard. Allan enjoyed motorcycles, Alabama football and his time in the Navy. He also collected antique guns and baseballs. Allan was preceded in death by his father, Albert Toepfer; mother, Ruth Toepfer, brother, Robert Toepfer; brother, Edward Toepfer; sister, Myrna Lee Tracy; brother, Ronald Toepfer and brother, Wayne Toepfer. Allan is survived by his wife, Diane Toepfer; daughter, Debbie (Todd) Burrell; daughter, Karen (Rick) Rhea; granddaughter, Meghan Vickery; granddaughter, Ashley Turko; grandson, Kyle Barone; grandson, Christian Williams; great grandchildren, Beckett Turko, Campbell Turko, Brook Vickery, Kinsley Vickery, Charlie Williams, Davis Turko, Fitzpatrick Turko, soon-to-be Baby Vickery and his former wife Kathy Toepfer. Funeral services will be held Monday, September 8, 2025 at 9:30 AM at Faith Chapel South. Pastor Nathan Ragazinskas will officiate. Burial will follow in Barrancas National Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 8:30-9:30 AM Monday September 8, 2025 at Faith Chapel South. Pallbearers will be Kyle Barone, Michael Prince, Jr., Christian Williams, Rick Rhea, Todd Burrell and Joe Sparks.
