Alliouse Mullins Davis, age 76, passed away on Friday July 26th, 2024. She is rejoicing with her lord and savior in her eternal home. Alliouse was born on April 1, 1948, to the late Robert H. and Ella Mae Mullins. She grew up in Clintwood, Va. and was a graduate of Clintwood High School.
Alliouse retired from Schewels Furniture as an accounts manager. She was a devoted member of Victory Baptist Church for 43 years where she served in the Sunday school department as well as the secretary. To know her was to love her. Her willingness to serve the lord and family will be sorely missed.
In addition to her parents, Alliouse was preceded in death by her loving husband of 53 years, Donald B. Davis; two children, Stephanie Davis and Bradley Keith Davis; sister, Hilda Kay Mullins; brother-in-law, Billy Ray Davis; and father-in-law and mother-in-law, Willie and Dollie Louise Fleming Davis.
Survivors include brother, Warren Mullins and wife Patti of Lebanon, VA.; sister-in-law, Brenda Fleming of Clintwood, VA; special friend, Jack Barker of Marion, Va; several nieces and nephews; and a very special great niece, Nicole Jessee, who was like a grandchild. Alliouse will be missed by all.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm on Wednesday, July 31, 2024 at Victory Baptist Church, Island Road, Bristol, VA. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Dr. Austin Cook and Ethan Cook officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Hills Memory Gardens. Pallbearers will be Victor White, Chuck Goff, Chris Fleming, Shannon Fleming, Michael Fleming, Matthew Castle, Jonathan McCowan and Chris Raines. Honorary pallbearers will be Warren Mullins, Jack Barker, and Joseph Herndon.
