Alma G. Trego, 102, of Ephrata, passed away on Friday, February 14, 2025, at StoneRidge Towne Centre, Myerstown.
She was born in Talmage to the late Martin and Susan (Martin) Griffith and was the wife of the late Earl H. Trego, who passed away in 2013.
During her working years, Alma sold Stanley Home Products and later had worked part time at Manheim Auto Auction. She loved gardening, traveling and snowmobiling at the cabin in Lycoming County
She is survived by four children, Darlene Weaver of Sarasota, FL, Carolene, wife of Kenneth Stauffer of Mt.Joy, Connie, wife of Dennis Fink of Ephrata, Lonnie, husband of Marilyn (Sauder) Trego of Newmanstown; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by 13 siblings.
A viewing will be held on Friday, February 21, 2025, from 10 to 11 am, at Ephrata United Zion Church, 408 East Fulton Street, Ephrata, followed by her funeral service, at 11 am, with Pastor Richard Martin officiating. Interment will take place in Bergstrasse Lutheran Cemetery.

Alma was a beautiful, friendly person and meant a lot to me.
I did not know where she had moved to. I had a memory of when
she took me a long to Garden Spot to look about a job. She was a wonderful Christian, I pray I could be a little like her.
