Al and I attended Father Judge High School. After graduation we joined the US Navy, separately but the same installation, with Ed and Steve Amrein. We all traveled in one car to the meeting nights, at great speeds to be on time. Al was always telling new jokes he picked up as we traveled to the meetings. He had a great sense of humor. The back yard barbeques we're just as much fun with all new jokes. Al was proud of his back yard and his pool. He was an artist too. He took pieces of metal and made articles of art which he displayed in the yard.. Very talented.
We continued are friendship with other Judge grads over the years at luncheons sharing our life issues and family fun. I didn't get to go in 2025 and don't know if there was a luncheon. I'm going to miss Al.

I have many fond memories of Al. His picnics not only included delicious food including home grown vegetables, especially those red hot peppers but also entertainment with his many jokes and stories. He will be missed by many. I was blessed to have known him.

We met Al at a Nasuti gathering in Maple Shade! I knew right away that he was very special. Grace loved him and he adored her. His jokes were so funny and memorable! I´m living in Florida but will never forget the joy he brought to our life. Rest in peace Al!!!
