Althea Blystone Obituary

Born September 6, 1937 in New Kensington, she was a daughter of the late Lawrence Russell Frain, Sr. & Louella (Bobberts) Frain.
Althea worked as a seamstress at Hat & Cap in Kiski Township for many years, and was also a cook at the Y restaurant.
She enjoyed quilting and working on ceramics.
In addition to her parents, Althea was preceded in death by her husband, Clair D. Blystone; daughter, Kathy L. Blystone; granddaughter, Jaime Blystone; as well as ten brothers and sisters.
Althea is survived by her son, Clair O. (Ann) Blystone of Kiski Township; great-grandsons, Jasic & Mason Godlesky; 3 brothers; 2 sisters; and nieces and nephews.
At Althea's request, all services are private, and have been entrusted to the Curran-Shaffer Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Apollo. Private interment will be held in Whitesburg Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Whitesburg, Plumcreek Township, PA.
