Whenever I had the opportunity to visit with Althea at Sutter Middle School throughout her career there, she was such a joy & opened her heart to others. Althea supported the Special Ed students & teacher from that class, as well as, the entire Sp Ed department & everyone she came in contact with.
Thoughts & prayers go out to her son, sister & husband. She will be missed by many & not forgotten.

I worked with Althea for years at Sutter Middle School. A teacher could not ask for a more caring, giving aide. She had a GR
EAT sense of humor and ;laughed a lot. Great fun at lunchtime.
She was so very proud of son Justin and sister Roz. She loved Larry.
Althea will be sorely missed. Her sudden passing was heartbreaking.
Much love, my friend. Gayle

She was a very Spiritual person who showed compassion to others. We bonded after her husband Larry introduced me to his wife (Althea) and son (Justin) during Thanksgiving.
