Amanda L. Hilgendorf

Amanda L. Hilgendorf, age 37, of 704 Leather Court, Tomahawk, passed away peacefully at her home Wednesday, March 12, 2025 surrounded by her family.

Amanda was born January 13, 1988 in Tomahawk to Brent and Lisa (Johnson) Roberts. She graduated from Tomahawk High School in 2006. She excelled in basketball, volleyball, and softball. Amanda married the love of her life and best friend, Greg Hilgendorf on February 14, 2009 this loving union produced two amazing sons, Brody and Hunter. She loved being a mother and enjoyed watching the boys in all of their activities. She also enjoyed fishing, vacations on the beach, boating, and her new home on the water. She worked for the Tomahawk School District as a paraprofessional for seven years and had a love for all kids. Most of all Amanda loved being a mother and cherished all of her family.

Surviving Amanda is her husband, Greg; two sons, Brody and Hunter. Her Parents, Brent and Lisa Roberts; a brother, Brock (Chelsea) Roberts; maternal grandmother, Carol Johnson; paternal grandmother, Ceil Roberts. She is further survived by a niece Avery and a nephew to arrive soon. Amanda is also survived by her father and mother-in-law, Gary and Joan Hilgendorf.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be offered Monday, March 17, 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church. Fr. Aloysius Anthony will officiate. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Corpus Christi Center of St. Mary Catholic Church Sunday from 4 until 7:30 pm. A prayer service will be held at 7:30 in the Corpus Christi Center. The visitation will continue Monday morning from 10 am until the time of mass at 11 in the church. Krueger-Nimsgern Funeral and Cremation Service is caring for the family.
