Amanda Michelle (Mathews) Roberts, 34 passed away on Sunday, April 13, 2025. She was born on September 20, 1990 in Oxford, Ohio.
Amanda graduated from Union County High School in 2009. During her school years she was a member of the Union County 4H. She was raised in Hillcrest Baptist Church in Richmond.
On June 1, 2013 she married Aaron Roberts in the Richmond Rose Garden.
Amanda was deeply connected to all animals; she cherished and had a passion for all her animals from birds to horses and everything in between. She had a natural talent for being an artist, she could pick up any art supply and put it to use somehow. Amanda was a gifted writer; she had a few of her books being looked into being published. Most would say she had a way of filling the room with laughter with her great sense of humor.
Amanda is survived by her husband, Aaron; her parents, Douglas (Sandi) Mathews and Rebecca (Tim) Catron; her brothers, Ben (Kristen) Wagenknect, Brady Wagenknect, Brad Catron and Axel Mathews; her paternal grandmother, Joan Mathews; her maternal grandmother, Tori Rudicil; her mother in law, Linda Roberts; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Amanda was preceded in death by her brother, Brian C. Mathews; her paternal grandfather, Chris Mathews and her maternal grandfather, Russell Rudicil Sr.
