Amanda Jo Sprouls, 39, of Lafayette, passed away unexpectedly on January 13, 2026 at IU Health Arnett Hospital. She was born on July 14, 1986 in Lafayette to Denise (Alsop) Harvey and the late Travis E. Harvey.
Amanda was a graduate of Lafayette Jefferson High School. She was married to Christopher Sprouls on August 9, 2008, and he survives. She worked for several years at Pay Less Supermarket in Lafayette. In her free time, Amanda enjoyed playing video games and watching movies. More than anything, she cherished the time that was spent raising her children.
In addition to her husband, Christopher Sprouls, Amanda is survived by her mother, Denise Harvey; children, Evan Dennis James Sprouls and Samantha Jo Sprouls; sister, Amber Martin; brothers, Jesse Harvey and Billy Harvey; mother-in-law, Linda Sprouls; and father-in-law, Dennis Sprouls.
In addition to her father, Travis Harvey, Amanda was preceded in death by her grandparents, Sharon Harvey, Peggy Alsop, and William Alsop; and stepfather, Scott Blevins.
