Passed away on May 23, 2025, at age 54. Predeceased by her father and mother, Phat Hong and My Ky. She is survived by her husband, Duong Truong; son, Joshua Truong; brothers, Tru (Colleen) Hong, Thang Hong, Banh Hong; sister, Que Hong; many relatives and friends.
Friends may call Wednesday, May 28, 2025, from 5-8PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Road, Gates. On Thursday, May 29, 2025, all are invited to attend her funeral services at 10:00AM at Calvary Assembly Church, 3429, Chili Avenue. Interment, Chili Presbyterian Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Lupus Foundation of America (www.Lupus.org) or to National Kidney Foundation, 1344 University Avenue #270, Rochester, NY 14607 in her memory. To honor Amanda, please wear anything purple to either her visitation or funeral service if you are able to.

Amanda and I met years ago at the YMCA when she took my cycling classes and we became fast friends ever since. I am so sad and heartbroken and will miss her very much. She was beautiful, funny, smart, sassy, and a good friend.

I am so sorry to hear of Amanda´s passing. I worked with her at Kodak and she was a very hard worker and a professional! She had a bubbly personality that was infectious. Came in every day with a smile on her face and was the model employee. I wish I could have cloned 20 of her!

Amanda was a beautiful young lady when I worked with her at Eastman Kodak company. She brightened everyone's day and always had something funny to say as she had a great sense of humor. She talked about her son all the time. Wishing peace to her son her husband and her family and friends. May her beautiful soul rest in peace.
