Of Hilton, passed away suddenly on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at age 46. He is predeceased by his grandparents, Anna & Fernando Palmeroni, and Auldine & Donald Charles. He is survived by his loving wife of 17 years, Noelani Webb Charles; children, Angelina Charles, Gabriella Charles, Douglas E. Charles, III; mother, Ann Marie (Scott) Popham; father, Douglas E. Sr. (Cheryl) Charles; brother, Joseph (Tiana) Charles; sister, Therese (Nicole) Charles; father-in-law, Michael P. Webb; nephew and niece, Vinny and Cassandra Charles; dear family friend, Kimberly Snyder; aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Douglas was a Navy Veteran who served from 2002-2006.
Friends may call MONDAY, October 13, 2025 from 4-7PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Road, Gates. On Tuesday, October 14, friends are invited to attend his funeral services at 10:30AM in the funeral home. Interment, private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Veteran's Outreach Center, 447 South Ave., Rochester, New York 14620 in his memory.
