Amber Marie Schroeder

Our beautiful angel, Amber Marie Schroeder, 36 of Edwardsburg, Michigan, was called home unexpectedly Saturday, October 19, 2024. She was born July 10, 1988, in South Bend, Indiana. She was a graduate of Riley High School, where she cheered and was a part of ROTC. She worked for Alliance RV in Elkhart, Indiana. Previously she also worked as a CNA. She also attended and graduated from Southern New Hampshire University.
Amber was a devoted family woman and brought kindness to everyone she met. She spent her life nurturing everyone around her. She enjoyed helping her daughter coach cheer, motorcycles, bonfires, and partying with her family and friends. She always had a smile on her face no matter what she was going through. She leaves behind many broken hearts and her absence will be felt by all who know her.
She is survived by her two beautiful daughters, Bailey (Schroeder) Floran, Trinity Fetters; her beloved parents, Ernie Sr. and Louann Schroeder of South Bend, Indiana; two older brothers, Ernie (Sarah) Schroeder, Jr., Matthew Schroeder, both of South Bend, Indiana; boyfriend, Derek Fetters; her boyfriend's parents; her boyfriend's sister, Julia Woods of Granger, Indiana; her boyfriend's brother, Nick Fetters of Edwardsburg; aunts, Tina "TT" (David) Stout of South Bend, Indiana, Stephanie Akers of Elkhart, Indiana, Christine (Bob) Warner of South Bend, Indiana, Denise (Tim) Swift of Granger, Indiana; uncles, Jason (Marcie) Yeakey of Osceola, Indiana, Steve (Charity) Banke of South Bend, Indiana, Scott (Christine) Banke of Osceola, Indiana; cousins, Kristen Stout of South Bend, Indiana, Haley (Ben) Williams of Elkhart, Indiana; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends who all loved her tremendously.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Dale and Susan Yeakey, Robert and Barbara Davis, Alfred and Almeda Schroeder; her uncle and best friend, Christopher Davis; and uncles, Michael Davis, Lucas Yeakey and Phil Schroeder.
Family and friends will gather to celebrate Amber's life at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, November 3, 2024, in the Ryan A. Balmer American Legion Post 161, 133 East Mishawaka Avenue, Mishawaka, Indiana 46545.
