AMELIA L. ROWLAND
Amelia L. Rowland passed away on May 10, 2023, with her family by her side. A lifelong Canton resident, Amelia was born to the late Carl and Beneva (Miller) Kiesling on February 20, 1942. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Gary Rowland and her sister, Nancy Hoot.
She is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Rowland of North Canton; sons, Darren (Danielle) Rowland of Urichsville, Dean (Lisa) Rowland of Hartville, and David Rowland of North Canton; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and brother, Charles (Maryann) Kiesling of Canton.
Always putting others before herself, she found fulfillment in becoming an RN, even furthering her education and earning her Masters Degree at the age of 60. Her love for her own family was priceless and brought her immeasurable joy.
Amelia's family will welcome guests, Tuesday, May 16, 2023 from 4:00 to 5:00 pm, with a Memorial Service immediately following at St. Mark's Episcopal Church, 515 48th Street NW, Canton. Father RJ Johnson will preside.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests Memorial Contributions may be made to: St. Mark's Episcopal Church.
