Amelia Pauline "Amy" Terry, 60, of Paragould, went to be with the Lord on Friday, February 20, 2026. Born on December 27, 1965, in Stuttgart, Amy led a life full of love, faith, and creativity, leaving a lasting impact on all who knew her. She was a loving and caring wife, mother, and Gigi to her grandchildren.

Amy graduated from Carlisle High School in 1984 and went on to earn her associate's degree. She spent many years working as an insurance producer, a profession through which she dedicated herself to serving others. Amy's remarkable ability to connect with people made her not only an exceptional colleague but also a dear friend to many.

Outside of her professional life, Amy had a passion for crocheting, often creating delightful stuffed animals and dinosaurs that brought joy to both her grandchildren and adults alike. She cherished capturing precious moments with her family through photography, ensuring those memories would last a lifetime.

A devoted member of the First Christian Church in Jonesboro, Amy was steadfast in her faith and deeply committed to her Bible studies. She loved Jesus and embodied the teachings of compassion, kindness, and love, which resonated profoundly with all whose lives she touched.

Amy is survived by her husband, Loyde Alan Terry; her father, Bobby Measels of Paragould; her children, Emily Adams of Paragould, Rachael (Tyler) Adams of Pearland, Texas, Jacob (Alexandria) Adams of Hazen, Meghan (Tyler) Breakfield of Fredericktown, Missouri, and Michael (Yamina) Terry of Jonesboro; her sisters, Betty (Fred) Jones of Carlisle and Gina (Gerry) Wilson of Perryville; her brother, Richard (Susan) Measels of Carlisle; and her grandchildren, Jude and Colson Adams, Obadiah and Asher Adams, Jowie, Gloryannie, Michael Jr., and Lee Terry, and Blake, Jordan, Parker, Kallie, Khloe, and Jasper Breakfield. She was waiting on Lilah Jean Adams to be born in May 2026. Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of her family and friends. Amy was preceded in death by her mother, Ava Measels.

A Celebration of Life to honor Amy will be held on Sunday, February 22, 2026, at 3:00 PM at the First Christian Church in Jonesboro. Prior to the service, there will be a visitation beginning at 2:00 PM, allowing loved ones the opportunity to gather and share their memories of Amy.

As we celebrate the remarkable life of Amy Terry, let us remember her unwavering spirit, her boundless love for family, and her steadfast faith that inspired all who were fortunate enough to know her.
