Amy L. Wallace

Amy L. Wallace, 61, of Waterford, Ohio, died on Friday, January 2, 2026 at Marietta Memorial Hospital. She was born on April 2, 1964 in Alliance, Ohio, daughter of Oliver S. and Shirley L. Dimit Wallace. Amy had attended Wasco workshop in Marietta for several years. She is survived by her brother, Mark Wallace and wife Nancy; a niece, Jennifer Lynne Wallace Trent (Dave); two great nephews, Irwin Oliver Wallace Trent and Bisher Hawkyn Wallace Trent; a great niece, Gabrielle Lunette Wallace Trent; two uncles, Wilford Dean Dimit and William Lorn Dimit and wife Judy; two aunts, Carol Joann Harrington and Norma Lou Roe; three cousins, Steve and Beth Roe, Deedee Cunningham and Missy and Steve Coe; her caregivers, Susan Dyar, Sharon Robertson, Danielle Alden, Jennifer Wallace Trent, Mazie Coe, Kaden Robertson and Theresa Skinner. Amy was preceded in death by her parents, Oliver and Shirley Wallace.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, January 5, 2026 at McCurdy Funeral Home in Beverly with Pastor Beverly Pottmeyer officiating. The burial will be in East Lawn Memorial Park in Marietta. Friends may call 4-7 pm on Sunday at the funeral home. Donations may be made to the Beverly Waterford Rescue Squad or The Special Olympics of Washington County.
