Ana E. Diaz, a pillar of strength and unwavering faith, was called to her heavenly home on July 22, 2025. Born on January 7, 1938, in the lush and verdant hills of Naguabo, Puerto Rico, Ana's journey of 87 years was marked by an enduring spirit of love, compassion, and the grace of God. She passed away peacefully of natural causes in Saugus, Massachusetts, surrounded by the love and prayers of her family.
The story of Ana's life is a testament to the power of resilience and the unshakeable trust in the Lord. She navigated the ebb and flow of life's trials and triumphs with a heart full of praise and hands readily extended in service to others. Ana's legacy is not defined by the challenges she faced but rather by her response to them-a response of unwavering faith and boundless optimism that inspired all who knew her.
She was a beacon of hope, radiating joy and kindness to her community. Her life was a sermon of compassion, a living example that through God, all things are possible. Her faith was her cornerstone, and she built her life upon it, instilling these values in her beloved family.
Ana was a loving mother, a cherished grandmother, and a treasured great-grandmother. Although she experienced the profound loss of her sons, Larry Collazo and Michael Camacho, her love for her family never wavered. She is survived by her devoted daughters, Dianne Collazo (Ron), Melissa Collazo (Roberto), and Annette Camacho (Alex). Ana's legacy will continue to flourish through her eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, each a reflection of her spirit and love.
Ana's life was a beautiful tapestry woven with threads of faith, hope, and love. Her smile was a source of comfort, her words a fountain of wisdom, and her prayers a shield of protection. She walked in the light of God's love, and now she rests in His eternal.
Let us honor Ana E. Diaz's memory by living out the lessons she imparted: to love without limits, to serve without seeking reward, and to face each day with courage and faith. Her spirit will continue to guide us, and her memory will forever be a blessing to all who were privileged to know her. Until we meet again in the presence of our Savior, we will hold Ana in our hearts, celebrating a life that truly made a difference.
